Notice of Privacy Policy
Momentum Funds LLC ("Registrant"):
(a) Collect non-public personal information about its clients from the following sources:
* Information received from clients on applications or other forms,
* Information about clients' transactions with Registrant, its affiliates or others, and
* Information received from consumer reporting agencies;
(b) Do not disclose any non-public personal information about its clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law;
(c) Restrict access to non-public personal information about its clients to its employees who need to know that information to provide services to clients; and
(d) Maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard clients' personal information.
